In their first collaboration, artists Ingrid Rojas Contreras and Jeremiah Barber drag each other across the sandy dunes of Death Valley. One takes the other until utter collapse; they switch places and continue back and forth proceeding from the perspective of a camera looking out across the desert floor. The discrepancy between their masses force the performers to improvise momentum, grip and handholds. Performed one time for the camera, the action leaves an intricate pattern in the sand.
